About the program:

THERAPEUTIC
This class is designed to support the body through a series of poses tailored to suit your needs.

FLOW YOGA
A continuous series of poses designed to open the body to a deeper experience.  Prepare to generate heat and enjoy the strength of the transformative process.

RISE AND SHINE
A gentle unfolding of your day awaits you at The Yoga Garden

LEVEL I
Join us in a dedicated practice of building on the poses that are familiar until they resonate into a new awareness of the mind, body,  and breath connection.

LEVEL I & II
This blending of classes requires a commitment to explore your body in a variety of challenging but attainable positions.  Bring a willingness to go where you have never gone before.

At all levels, Yoga promotes physical and mental wellness; strength of mind and body.  Yoga reawakens parts of the body long dormant and when stretched and strengthened fills the student with self-confidence.

Students enroll in 8 -12 week progressive sessions.
